how to change the default language?

 

good day,

im here in japan, i buy a loptop sharp mebius pc-nj70b, a 10.1 inch and the operating system is windows 7 starter japaneses. i cant not use it coz its all nihongo in the display.... after a month i try to upgrade into a windows 7 ultimate and download the english language pack in the windows update.... now can i use it but the default language are in... how can i remove it...so that i can use it fully....rigth now some of my appliction like divx,vlc ect are in japanese even i install in english.....

             I lost about 6 million yen money by stocks

I lost about 6 million yen money by stocks, investment funds, etc. several years ago in "Yamaichi Securities" ("Yamaichi Securities" went bankrupt). Therefore I am poor now.

I was enraged and went to say complaints to the branch manager of those days.But, the branch manager has disappeared and was not able to meet. A counter clerk  said,"It is an investor's self-responsibility", and was not made to merely meet to a branch manager. I went to draw out all the remaining money (Investment fund, National bond, Stocks, etc.) that it has in "Yamaichi Securities", and to deposit with "Mitsubishi Trust Bank" and "Nomura Securities."

When considering, the capital stock of a balance sheet decreased sharply, "Yamaichi Securities" of those days held "unlisted liabilities" in the large sum, and the financial-affairs situation was getting worse.　When a rating agency "Moody's" classified "Yamaichi Securities" as it is speculative, within two - three days, the stock price fell to 1 yen and went bankrupt as a matter of fact.　"Unlisted liabilities" was built by conspiracy of the chairman"Mr. Yukihira"  and the president "Mr. Miki" of those days. But the employee of "Yamaichi Securities" did not know the inside story as whom [ only ].　The new president's "Mr. Nozawa" cried "The employee of Yamaichi Securities is not bad. We, managements, are bad."  The successor president turned into the president only for the rearrangement. Only in order to carry out the annihilation disposal of the company of "Yamaichi Securities."

When considered, this company has real power taken by some of bad autocratic management persons, and the employee who says a complaint was relegated entirely at the subsidiary etc.　It was only the securities company that is under the thumb of "Ministry of Finance", and there was no idea of a business subject like "Nomura Securities."

I'm testing Windows 2008 on virtual server.

 

Just logon ,  Process TAG  told  Taskmgr.exe takes too much CPU time.

Paformance TAG told using too much Kernel times.

No AP running. ( if server anager running , PUSH X)

Some one tell me What changes ?

 

( 32 bit Windows 2008 , var 6.0 bild 6001 sp 1

512M memory , 40G VHD )

Wimdows MeやWindows 2000が発売されて少し経った頃（２００１年か２００２年頃）に翻訳ソフトを使わずに英和・和英辞書を引きながら自分で書いた英文です。当時のＯＳはWindows 98からアップグレードしたWindows 2000やWimdows Meを使っていました。

The computer is important for me. However, a hobby, friends, and health are more important. My only hobby is going to a sport gym.(Run on a machine, swim in a pool, take in a sauna, and talk with friends.) I want to use the computer in order to make friends,doing a game,hearing music CD, using the internet and e-mail. I am writing this sentence using the English-Japanese dictionary or the Japanese-English dictionary.(It is the thing of my junior high school.) I cannot write English well. Because, I have forgotten English of a junior high school.

I want both English to Japanese and Japanese to English translation software, Windows Professinal Operating System of English version, and Office Professional of English version. I want to study English. Don't laugh at this sentence.

 Before writing, I would like to introduce myself. I am a user of Toshiba portable computers either office or my house because I am an engineer. Last October, I bought the first (DynaBook 2550S), at the same moment my company decided to buy the same machines based on my opinion. We are too much favorite in this one. By the way, at the lunch time rest, usually I am taking a walk near by my office. This February I found a new product by Toshiba which is very small size portable computer (DynaBook SS 3410). This product seems excellent for my business so, the next day I bought it about $2,000US. I satisfied all of qualities in it without CD-Rom-Driver because it was written that this machine can’t use another maker’s. This is a problem for me because I have many CD-Rom-Drivers which for DVD-machine, CD-RW or normal CD-Rom-Driver. Therefore immediately I ask to the customers center, how to fit a CD-Rom drive’s when we need reinstall ‘Windows-98’ or for new operating systems like ‘Linax’ ? However, the answer is only we can use ‘ TOSHIBA’ because another makers use different systems. One responsible person said to me “You may good to buy Toshiba’s which only $400US (with tax)” I wonder, I can’t believe these explanations as a computer engineer. So, few hours later, finally I found a part of files which is written by MS-Dos. It is said that we can take many of another makers. I surprised and got angry why the responsible told to me like this lie ? If the customer who don’t has a knowledge about MS-Dos, he has to pay for Toshiba $400US. when they want to use a CD-dictionary, or want play in the game soft.
